I've been trying to catch up on some old series of BBUS since I've started watching the current one.

I've already downloaded some of BB6 from mininova.com, but the quality is quite poor for some episodes, with weather and news reports popping up every now and again... I was trying to find another way to download the series, but I haven't had any luck so far. Anyone know of a good place to find it?

Mininova also have season 3, 4 and 5. Torrent Spy has season 3, 4 and 6. Isohunt has season 2 in 3 different torrents, episodes 1-10, 11-20 and 21-30.

I can't see anyone having season 1 as It was run totally differently, I haven't even seen any uploaded live feeds. It's never even referred to with CBS at all, with the exception of Chicken George. Good luck.

Thanks. The S6 torrent from Mininova and Torrent Spy appear to be the same though.

Really annoying, because the quality on certain episodes is really dodgy, and certain episodes don't even play at all...

That's too bad, you still get the gist of the general nastiness of the nerd herd though. Grr, I hated that they won. Thery were so stupid, they said week after week that the Jedi alliance did nothing but talk about them behind their backs and backstab them and that they were at least honest. They did nothing but bitch about them in the HOH room because they thought that there were no cameras in there!!!!! Then turned around and said they did nothing wrong, they were honest throughout the entire game. Apparently it got so bad for Maggie that she received death threats at work when she went back. Some people take this game way too seriously.

i've seen all six seasons on various torrent sites, but if you choose to download, be prepared for a long haul. i have the whole of season 6 on my computer...took about 3 weeks to download...if i did another one, i'd probably go with season 3 or 5...

definitely have seen season 1 posted somewhere, however

i got mine off demonoid...all episodes great, except for one, where the sound is a bit dodgy. and a few have weather reports, but you can't avoid those, and they came up on the original broadcast.

really good picture though...the best week is week 6, when jennifer gets hoh...haha; awesome stuff.

I've been downloading the Demonoid episodes too.

I started with downloading S2. The picture quality wasn't brilliant, and the whole series in general seemed very slow paced compared to other seasons that I'd seen...

Anyway, after that I decided to watch S6 from start to finish. I don't have to wait too long, because I just download an episode at a time. The first week was great - really good sound and picture quality. Then the next few weeks were full of weather reports and the picture quality dipped for some episodes. And then the episode where Eric got evicted was corrupt ( I REALLY wanted to see that one... ).

I'll stick with it though if you say the quality is generally good though. It's a good season.

If you can't find any season 1 downloads, I can email you the official report for each show if that's any help. I just checked my old email and I still have them that had been sent to me. They're like the official story I post in the other thread, the write up from each episode. That's the best I can do. If anyone does find season 1 let us know, I love to see George trying to get everyone to walk.

Season 1 is out there somewhere because I started to download it, gave up after watching about the first 2 weeks though because it was just dismal.

The only season I havn't seen is 3....and this thread has inspired me to go grab it now to watch after All-Stars ends

Mines is about the same size, but I just download it in dribs and drabs, so it's not so bad.

I've seen some of the episodes before, and I know the general gist of what happens, but I haven't watched it from start to finish yet. It's still a damned good watch, even though I know what to expect. Probably even better than the Allstars season!

oh, i think it's much better than the allstar season...i knew everything that happened before i watched it, including the exact order they got eliminated, but it doesn't stop the enjoyment...as i said, the week when jennifer gets hoh - week #:
Spoiler
is definitely when it is at its best. the eviction episode of that week is the one i am going to keep when i delete the season from my computer

I'll look forward to week #

Spoiler

then.

Currently I'm up to week 4. Maggie has just won HoH (BOO!! ). But the wierd thing is that I'm not hating the nerd herd as much as I feel I ought too. I'm starting to think that something must be wrong with me!

I'm still loving Janie, Howie, and Kaysar though. I also like Sarah a lot too.

i honestly never really disliked the nerd herd...tbh the week that jennifer won hoh, it was howie i couldn't stand the most...but jennifer was pretty bad too...

i think they become quite annoying around the week 8 time...all i can remember is just thinking 'jesus, would you just shut the **** up?'

but none of them will ever beat 'cappy' in the annoying stakes...

ivette can talk forever as far as i'm concerned, however.
