Hi
No you won't be charged, once you have got the software then that is it. You just buy it the once usually.
Bear with me and I will have a quick look to see if there is any free software or a trial software to enable you to convert to an mp3 or wav format

.
Once you have downloaded real alternative then that is it, it is free and you can listen to and watch alot of the clips and also pages like this
http://www.tv-ark.org.uk/ which is good fun
Edit back again

had a quick surf and came up with this
http://www.mp3towav.org/rm-to-mp3.asp
Its lets you download a trial version, there are usually limitations on a trial version, but at least you could try before you buy.
Good luck
