Was the DOctor in love with his sonic screwdriver?
I've just watched all the old episodes with it it and although it's not stated they do seem to have quite a bond.

Really, you know it SHOULD be "Where the DOctor in love with his sonic screwdriver?"

I imagine the Doctor has a relationship with his sonic screwdriver far and beyond anything they could show on TV.

That's wrong also as the correct term should have been "is". [/pedant] |

What a load of nonsense. The Sonic screwdriver is a plot device, overused in my estimation, in the new series.
Typical of DS - a silly thread develops a sexual content. |

Clearly it's your mind that's twisting this conversation into something it's not. The Doctor obviously does have a relationship with his Sonic, the same way I have a relationship with my phone, its the same thing. With my phone though, its more of a love hate relationship. How it hasn't been thrown out of my car window onto the M5, I don't know. |

"What are you going to do - assemble a cabinet at them?" Classic!
