ANy help appreciated

Just moved and awaiting broadband connection. Using dial up but getiing dropped lines allt the time 10 mins or so. Worse on msn messenger live. BT say ok have increased gain? Is teher anything I can do to resolve, even tried couple different ISPs to no avail so it m,ust be my end

What you describe suggests an intermittent (BT) line connection.

Do you notice the same on voice phone calls?

No problems with voice calls, just when on-line
