Coral; whatever problem you have it is nothing to do with the crashes of the other weekend or with the crash TAP. I would move the crash TAP to Program Files so it will be available if you need it again but if it is not in Auto Start it will not be loading and using up memory.
Possibly important in your case as you seem to be using both Jags and Mystuff which are both rather large TAPs. Any particular reason for using both of them as they duplicate a lot of each others functions?
If you are only using Jags to gather EPG info for MyStuff I would suggest that you get rid of Jags and try eit2mei the only purpose of which is to create an EPG info file (called Freeview.mei) which EPGs such as MyStuff can use. You just load eit2mei TAP into Auto Start and forget it. (plus make a few changes to the MyStuff menu).
Lastly you might try re-booting the Toppy; just unplug it from the wall while it is fully on (but not recording

) leave it a couple of minutes and plug it back in. That can help the software sort itself if it has got in a bit of a twist. May help and cannot do any harm.
