I bought my Topfield In June 2006, it has the latest update as well.

However, since September 1st 2006 it keeps crashing when watching live channelsand will not record anything when timer is set or manually trying to record current programme?It just crashes and reboots.

I can play back what recordings I have on Hardisk.

Also it will not completely power down from standby, even when mains is switched off? Now thats strange

Any tips please

I have downloaded the latest tap update.So far so good. I have set the record timers,and will monitor bbc till end end of the day.
