You can take relationships in the bb usa at face value because

a) there is no money riding on a couple being together and forming a relationship inside/outside the house

b) if what you see isn't real and purely for game purposes then they will be honest about it in the DR.

On last night's show I'm pretty sure Will referred to their relationship as a 'fauxmance'...I think he likes her but I doubt he'll hook up with her outside the house...

it's certainly more genuine than erika/mike's showmance...i really feel bad for her
