I'm looking to buy a DVD player, checked out a few places but reckon I'll buy from Richer Sounds as I want a multi-region player as I go to the States regularly.
Can anybody recommend a good multi-region player under £250. The sooner the better and then I can buy The Patriot |

Be Careful
You need to be careful with multi region players, particularly with the patriot as it uses enhenced multiregion coding. So it will not work on most automatic multiregion players. Ie those which you stick the disc in and it selects the appropriate region. It will however work on all manual selection multiregion players.
I have a multiregion Sony DAV-S300, but it was £500 for above you price range, but a great player with dolby, DTS and 6 speakers! |

Re:
Try Pioneer 53x.
Available from: http://www.upgradeheavan.co.uk http://www.techtrnoics.com http://www.richersounds.co.uk Definately less than £250, and RCE (Patriot, Hollow Man) friendly (well they are from Upgrade Heavan, not sure about other places) |
