Hi guys,

I am looking for a company who could provide me telephone connection at my work place.

I have contacted BT but they are charging £125 connection fee.

Do i have to tell them that i want commercial line or they just find out??

Can you please recommend me a very cheaper solution??

Thanks

And their calls cost the earth if you're fool enough to use them.

So pay the extra and stop trying to get a freebie

What are you hoping to have a line put up and hope they dont notice

If it's for business, get a Featureline Compact from BT on a 3 year contract for £49.99, or a 5 year contact for free.

Plus you'll get all manner of calling features like 3-way calling, call waiting, call divert... included in the rental.

Not sure if it is still true, but BT used to treat a business customer with a little more priority when a fault occurs than a residential one, hence business customers pay more line rental

Yip, business installs are normally quicker than residential installs and likewise business faults get looked at quicker quicker than most residential faults.

The amount of customers who pay residential rates who suddenly tell you they run businesses from homes when their line is faulty is quite astounding. They don't like getting told they should be paying the extra if they want business repair times......
