To all you lucky people who have managed to ACTUALLY speak to a REAL person, which option did you choose?
We keep getting cut off as soon as we choose to speak to someone! The other options go nowhere!

Ive only got cut off the once but I've waited until they say all the options and then press 2. When I tried pressing 2 before they had finished the message I got cut off. Hope you manage to get through.

The number on the BBC website is no longer showing so hope that doesnt mean they've all gone!

Don't worry I got through to someone about 45 mins ago and they had taken the number off of the website, press option 2 and hope, I got cut off about 6 times as well, I think it's just luck. Keep redialling and fingers crossed!!!

Hubby is on dialling duty, while I keep checking the forum for hints. Don't think this is how he imagined spending his day off! Thanks for the help everyone! Think I will just end up inviting friends around and making my own score sheets and golden score paddles....as usual!

I guess they can only answer a certain number of calls, but it's not fair when you finally think you are through and then get cut off

No I don't either I've applied for tickets before and it's been fine, I know it's more popular now but they must know that and should have more people answering the phones!

there are no more tickets available, i rang all day and when i finally got through there was a message saying that all the tickets had now gone.
