I came across this site by chance. Some of you may have heard of it before. There are apparently over 10,000 live performances to listen too. Most tastes seem to be catered for and there is a good selection from the 1960s and 1970s to satisfy us oldies or lovers of real music. Some nice Fleetwood Mac and Free stuff on there too.

The site seems to work better using Firefox as oppose to Explorer. There are some instructions, if you can find them, about putting the music on your Ipod etc. Of course I would not encourage anyone to breach copyright laws.

As I said it is well worth checking out.

Mmmm, not too bad. Mainly links to other sites though.
Whoever designed it though needs a few lessons in Web Design

The live music archive at archive.org is worth checking out. It has free mp3s and even lossless files (flac). It's all legal because the artists on there have approved it.

There are some fantastic torrent sites specialising in bootlegs, but I assume posting them is a no-no.

Just found a 1970 Miles Davis gig. Mmm... nice.

Thanks for the tip.

Oooh... a Van Morrison 1973 gig with the Caledonia Soul Orchestra and those spine-tingling string arrangements. Superb.
