Well, I love Nicole, and I think I will be a big fan of Flavia. And I know it may not be a popular choice but I love Anton in the ballroom, I really just enjoy watching him and think that he is very sweet to his partners, which I admire. He spends most of his time trying to make his celebrity partner feel wonderful. I know that he rubs some people up the wrong way though.
Oh and Matthew, I quite like him.

Do you know what? This is the nicest TV forum around - most people try to respect each others views and support each other -other forums have ridiculously nasty people on there. Hope it doesnt get like that when SCD kicks off -there were some horrible comments floating around last year.

Apart from Tarbuck I don't think there's a noticably weak one amongst them. Even the older ladies aren't as old as on other years. Should be an interesting one.

Do we know what dance the men are doing in the first week? I think this will make a big difference to the result. If it's a dignified ballroom, I can see Tarby surviving quite easily. A Latin, however, could be very different.

You are very right, I went on another forum last year to talk about one of my favourite professionals, and they just liked to slag them off, I thought it was all very unnecessary and never went back there. 99.9% of the people who post in this forum are just lovely, and purely want to share their love of the show. I love it.

I'm pretty sure then men are working on a Waltz but I guess that could mean some of them are doing a Cha Cha. Pretty sure Tarby is starting with ballroom but that could easily change if the BBC alter their plans I guess

I'm not 100% sure that's the case but I know some are working on the Waltz and I can't see the BBC wanting all the 7 men doing a Waltz they usually go for some couples doing latin and some ballroom and the Cha Cha tends to be the dance they pair with the waltz

Do they start with those two dances because they are the easiest?

tehe I did that last year. I was watching the Samba and Viennese Waltz show last night when there was nothing else on. So comforting.

guess who has bought a dvd recorder especially for all the SCD and ITT episodes

I got every SCD3 at the time as it wasn't until after I saw the last half of SCD2, and thinking after the final, 'hmmm that was really good, should have taped that.'

And by good fortune and nice people have managed to accumulate the majority of ITT's.

But Lessons Have Been Learned.

My tapes have kept me sane at times when the kids are driving me mad ( kids ?? They are young adults )

I hate wishing my life away, but that is what I will be doing over the next few weeks.
