My iPod is playing up already! Was working perfectly yesterday then as I was going to bed it wouldn't play songs, it just jumped madly around the playlist but wouldnt show the album photos or anything. It felt cold, so I though that it might have dropped below minimum operating tempterature, but after a little warm up in my hands, still no joy.

Finally just plugged it into my computer this morning before work and all appears to be working now, I just had to restore factory settings and re-install all the songs again... And it still installed songs I had unchecked! Grrr... Still, at tleast the aldum pics work again and they come up now for songs that didn't show them before.

Will see about pics Chris when I get home from work.

I bought the green Nano today from Argos for myself and i also bought the iPod video for my niece. I was planning to get the Argos extended 3 year insurance with my Nano but their cover was poor so i did not. They will only replace it once with a brand new product after the first year if anything goes wrong with it and then you are on your own. Their cover for the iPod Video is much better and they will replace your item as many times as you have a fault with it within three years.

Seeing as I may have my iPod for longer than a year i was thinking about getting cover for it down the line. I have not opened my iPod yet because i want to know can you buy Applecare for products that you bought in the High Street? If not i may take it back to Argos and buy from another HS store that offers a better deal for the Nano in terms of coverage.
