Done a quick search but I couldn't see anyone with the exact same problem as me.
I bought an i-river mp3 player, it broke within warranty and was replaced, that one then broke, then with my refund I went for an ipod, guess what ? that broke as well.
Apple shipped a replacement to me, but alas it has gone tits up as well, now unfortunately, my warranty ended 3 days ago, given that both ipods covered my year I was entitled to, am I screwed, or can I claim that the week my ipod was away getting repaired/replaced, I should have recieved an weeks extension on my warranty ?
Thing is, I am so careful with them, yet I have never had any luck
