No its not!!!!!!By giving the US version better airtime would help promote the next UK apprentice. But maybe the BBC wants us to forget about the show for 6 months until everyone has forgotten what happened to Michelle Dewberry. A huge mistake, the Badger should have won hands down, Sugar & the BBC know this. Last edited by Final Score : 28-09-2006 at 00:21. |

Plus he'll probably be even more arsey than ever next series, which should be fairly entertaining. |

Many times working in HR I have not appointed somebody who could be deemed to be the 'best' all round candidate. Best for what? - the badger was undoubtedly the strongest all round candidate and I believe Alan Sugar knew that but he also knew that she would not fit into the culture / role within his organisation. Michelle may have made a mess of her opportunity but I am sure that if he had appointed Ruth there would have been a parting of the ways sooner rather than later. A clash of personality / ego. MB |

![]() The only difference I saw was: The scene in the board room where someone gets fired, the whole team is there, not just the Project Manager and two chosen people. Other than that it seems mostly the same. |

If I was Sir Alan I'd never have appointed Ruth. Far too aggressive and bullish for my liking.

The highlights show was awful. If I'd have known it was a catch up show I'd have gone to bed.
The Trump constantly booming .... "but what you didn't see" and then the most boring clips. It would have been great if it was "but what you didn't see ... stephanie called Carolyn's mum a slag and had to be dragged off by George ". The bits we didn't see were best left on the cutting room floor.

Highlights show
The reason they had a highlights show the other night was because one of the contestants quit earlier in the series, so they had a show to fil where no-one could be fired.

The way the "Have to think outside the box" or constantly "Step up to the plate" or Carolyns favorite phrase "It was a no-brainer" - just love it. Also makes me laught when The Donald introduces the tasks, i.e. This company is the biggest in the world with the biggest turnover in the world and the most employees and the best of everything etc. And those 'staged' business meetings with the Trump and some random actors on how to do business are just as laughable. It does bother me that BBC show the programme so late, but it is nice programme to fall asleep to, but more annoying is the lenght of the programme. What I want to see is the tasks, not how obviously badly edited the boardroom session are. |

And yeah, I got sick of the in programme advertisments "my good friends at SonyPlaystation/DoveSoap/Nestle/Yahoo/Burger King" repeated over and over. maybe he could get his good friends at this company on the show? |

you're probably right, but he's a businessman first. Perhaps if the money was good enough?... (wishful thinking) |

This week Trump prematurely decides to save angie for doing any old thing and then gets rid of the stronger of the two surviving HM - he even sacks her for asking the right question which was shouldn't he revise his first dud decision. |

I was disappointed that Erin got fired, I think she was one of the strongest performers on the tasks overall and I even considered whether she could win the whole thing at one point! It seemed that she did her job of promotions well - there seemed to be enough people watching the presentation, the reason they lost the task was because of Angie messing up the clinic.
It did seem towards the end that Trump was considering changing his mind about Angie, so I wonder how much the final decision was based on Erin's final 'wise guy' comment? I agree that George and Carolyn were wrong on this one, though I do usually like Carolyn. |

If Erin had not winked and be-littled the side kicks, Trump would have dumped Angie
