(There have been lots of duplicate names posted. Nobody expects anyone to check all the pages, just use the "Search this Thread" tool at the top of each page, before posting, that will eliminate duplicate names. Hope this helps)

Thanks, chicohamilton - never knew about that search function at the top of each page. On the downside though I now can't find a name starting with K that has not already been used.
