An update.
I yesterday complained to BT about the time being taken to repair a fault on our line.
I was telephoned and told that the complaint would be closed, as a customer service rep was dealing with it, however the problem has still not been resolved.
I first phoned last Thursday to report the fault. I was told that the line would be working by the Friday.
Friday evening came, and there was still no phone. I telephoned again, and was told it would be working by the Saturday.
No Luck. I phoned again, and was told by Monday evening. Monday came and went. I telephoned on Tuesday and was told it would be fixed by Today at the latest.
The line is still dead. I telephoned a little earlier to find out was was going on, and i was told that no fault has been reported, and that the line should be working fine.
I was then told that the only available time for an engineer to call would be next Wednesday, 2 weeks after our service was turned off.
I am not prepared to wait until Wednesday.
Any ideas what to do?
