Since i moved back to my home here, I have after changing the address of my billing, never recieved an Post/Paper bill for "three".

I have asked them and provided my details, but still never recieved it. I pay by card each month at the moment as i cancelled the direct debit.

Now the querey is this.....
I have been disconnected as i didnt pay, as i didn't recieve a bill.(or at least i cannot make outgoing.)

I cannot get any sence from the call centre.

Can I refuse to pay until i have a copy of the bill, as Strangly enough the last 3 have been of very simillar costs.

I have let this go last twice, but this time i know i have hardly used my phone, and the bill is £30 over the rental.

I don't use my phone like that.

SO, Can i refuse to pay until i get a proper bill? and should they reconnect me during this process.
They called last night, and asked for payment, i told them i wanted a bill first. So i told them i was not at home, and my cards were not with me. They asked if "the friend you are with can pay the bill"...

Been with them for years but now getting a bit tired of them. Although was stung worse by Vodafone, but that another story.

Thanks for advise.

I think i would pay the bill (late payments show on your credit report) and then deal with the problem. They can reimburse your card if they are found to be in the wrong.

Check with CS that they have your correct address and that they ARE actually sending them.

I know what you mean, my provider (T-Mobile) have call centres in Wales and Scotland and i sometimes have probs understanding the Scots (nice people though)

Fortunately, they don't use Indian call centres (Yet)

You could cancel paper billing and use the online one instead, it's good as you can monitor the usage in real time.

My provider, is in India. Sometimes i get passed to Irish, Liverpudlians, and Scottish (which incidently i am)!!

Funny, i have no problems understanding any British dialect, (possibly with the exception of Peterhead.)
But thats probably because I have been working all around the country for years.

Anyway,

May try that idea. thanks.

It just seems to get worse and worse with moblie service providers.

Might be a good idea, thanks

Go to your nearest 3 shop and they will sort it out for you. When I had a 3 contract for 2 days (and cancelled) the shop staff said to go into a 3 shop and speak to them as they didn't have much faith in the call centre.

One employee of the company telling a customer they have no faith in another division.

A starter for 10....

That statement alone should ring some alrm bells...

Worrying.
