Well as their seems a distinct lack of corrie threads in this section atm, heres one for you:

Who would you say has been the Streets most entertaining character this year? Fred the butcher with his hilarious one liners, Steve Mcdonald with his sarcastic wit, or Archie (Roy hudd) with his funeral Jokes? Or do you have another suggestion?

Personally, i would have to go for Fred as he still is a classicly funny character..

Difficult one, because there's so many good ones in Corrie! I like Fred too, though he hasn't been about much recently. Yes, I also like Roy Hudd - sad to hear he's going to be written out at Christmas. I also like Deide's mom Blanche. She's an evil old cow, but she really tickles me - and they couldn't have got anybody better to play Deidre's mom!

Fred Elliot for the humour, but for the storylines I'll have to say Richard Hilman.

Fizz and Kirk are the funniest by far.

I hate that programme, does my head in.

The characters all have weird high pitched voices or over the top accents, none of them are even slightly good looking (i know that shouldnt matter) and it all just feels very granny - style.

My advice would be not to watch this programme

Yes is has got to be Richard at the moment. Best soap villain for years.
