when you signed up for talk they should have sent you your tel number and log in password via email ?
if your ringing out on your hub phone and its showing your std landline number then talk seems not configured ? have you been here
www.bt.com/bbv you will need to log in with your broadband tel number and password and then congigured your hub ?
if you dont have your talk tel no then ring them on 0800 028 3228- this number used to go through to the talk dept, but reciently gets diverted to the indian broadband help. just asked to be transfered to talk, and explain your prob.
