Hi,
I have an irritating problem with my almost 2-year old iPod mini where whenever I charge it fully and then click on a song to play, it throws up the error "No battery power remains. Please connect iPod to power." This is clearly not true, after it has been charged for a full 12 hours. Then when it is turned back on afterwards, normally the battery will be empty, and suddenly jump up to full. Even so, the minute i try and play a song, the same error comes up.
I have also tried phoning tech support who were fairly useless because they told me to restore the ipod, which did absolutely no good whatsoever.
Anyone got the same problem and has found a solution?
I ask myself if it is perhaps too much to ask after 2 years..?!
