Ok so Take That, 5ive, East 17, and the boys in the Mtv boyband programme are making a comeback!!!

Who will be next????? As a former Brosette (I went to an all-girls school - I had no option!) I would love to see the twins back for a one-off!

Are there any other naff boy bands you would like to see return??? Brother Beyond, Yell(!!!???), New Kids - or should they all slink away never to return.....

(Yes I know that musically most boy bands were not very talented (or had at least one member who did NOTHING except dance), but they are usually a part of every young teenage girls' life.)

I can't say that there are any boybands in particular I would like to come back, Take That was cool for me. I do agree with you on the point of these types of groups being important for teenage girls, most people look past that and only judge these groups on there own personal tastes. I was a teenager in the late 90's when we had that whole pop explosion thing and it was great for me. I've got a young daughter who loves stuff like Aqua and S Club, and it's sad that there's not more kid friendly music out there now. People, STOP BEING SUCH MUSIC SNOBS! Ok, rant over!!

I thought it was a good idea for Take That to come back and do a nostalgia tour. Not sure I like the idea of them doing new material....I loved their cheesy pop music and dance routines and to start redoing that at 35 with new material would be a bit wierd!

East 17, Five, All Saints - I dont know why they're bothering (well we do know - money)...they were never really a phenomenon.

Spice Girls - as much as you can say you hated them, what they achieved for 5 relatively normal untalented girls can not be scoffed at.

New Kids on the Block would be good to see back and like you say Bros were massive at the time. I'll dig out my bottle tops to put on my shoes

I demand a Spice Girls reunion! More than any of the other acts reforming this year, they should come back even if it is for a one time only gig, greatest hits and new album. That's all I am asking for, it's been 10 years since their debut and they should have done something special, the end of the year is neigh and there is still time girls! C'mon!

E17 made some superb dance-pop, but blimey - they are playing the Chicago Rock near me, a strictly 30-minute set - I bet it's to a taped backing. Can you believe it? The last I heard, Mortimer and Harvey had fallen out again, so I guess it's anyone's guess who shows up, and there may be a punch-up!

I was a bit old for East 17 & Take That but my younger sister LOVED Tony Mortimer!!! I remember East 17 being a bit more 'street' and cool than Take That. I actually quite liked a few of their songs!!!

I was miles too old for E17!!! But it didnt stop me buying the Greatest Hits which still gets a spin now and again. Very good songs, pristine production, and for all Harvey's other troubles, what a voice!

Well reportedly they are reforming for Children In Need.

The rumours do surface frequently, so methinks there could be some truth in it, although Emma is on SCD, that could maybe put the stoppers on it if she progresses.

Do you think people will intentionally vote her out so she can take part in the reunion?

Spice Girls please! No more boybands, Glad Take That have reformed as they were good, but why have 5ive reformed? They don't even have any fans!

Why is Danny ex N.K.O.T.B wasting his time with the MTV boyband, they're not gonna go anywhere. There are too many ego’s for a start, esp. Dane Bowers he thinks he’s running the show.

Jordan, Jonathon and Joe from N.K.O.T.B considered reuniting as part of an MTV reunion show, with Danny and Donnie being unavailable as they were pursuing 'serious' acting careers? Danny would be better of contacting his old band mates. As Jordan seemed very interested in reuniting N.K.O.T.B.

Personally i think that there is absolutly no doubt that Spice Girls will reform for a tour, release a greatest hits, appear on Paul o Grady and do Chrils Moyles show and earn a few quid in the process. There are too many rumours for it to just be gossip.

5ive - pointless, jumping on the bandwagon (who can blame them though, if there is easy money to be made i would take it too)

All Saints - I cant actually figure out why they split. An argument over a jacket was the last rumour i heard. I thought they were ok and at least they are not just another "boy band"

E17 or East 17 or whatever they are called at the moment. No point, they have been trying for years now to "come back" and cannot manage it.

I would like to see Boyzone back together. As much as I was a dedicated TT fan, Boyzone were good fun

The Spice Girls were an absolute phenomenon and would be brilliant to see them back together for a final tour!!
