PS - the fitness video is fast becoming an essential requirement in the process of adjusting back to a normal life after a reality TV experience.

Indeed. Trouble is they take the dosh and run. There was a picture of Helen BB2 recently and she obviously has lost her copy of the Dance video she made.
Not that this would happen to the lovely Nell. She'd have to open her mouth to put on weight and I didn't see much evidence of this in the jungle.

Good luck to her video - and her promotion of the enigmatically titled Juice Lady or whatever it is too! I can't help thinking that if these videos sell on the basis of the presenter's looks, Kate Lawler's will be in the bargain bin even sooner than I thought it would!

I'd go for the Jade diet - I notice in recent pictures outside rehearsals that chips are an important part of it.......

For someone who has had so many photographs in the papers depicting her as 'legless' - it's strange to correlate those images with 'keeping fit'.

Perhaps I got it wrong and it's 'keeping upright'.

I've got 2, one of which is still in its shrink wrap! I think its the thought that counts, plus mine are on prominent display which must puzzle visitors to the house. The sight of 2 fitness videos and one look at meself must send them into fits of laughter

Not that long now before we discover who has won the fitness wars - since Nell's had the bulk of the positive newspaper coverage, it won't surprise me if it's hers!!

Well my money is on Nell's video coming top. No contest there.
