DVDR 70 Sound/Picture Problem

I am having a problem with the above recorder when it plays back DVD's whether pre-recorded or recorded the sound and picture do not match up, if I stop and start the disc it matches again and works apart after a few minutes.
Anyone else had this problem ?

Yup. Me too but the synching problem is a known issue.

The general opinion I've heard over and over from other owners of this machine is that this DVD recorder should not really be used for playing DVDs. Apart from that it takes ages to boot up and most of the other play functions are slow and clunky.

I would advise using a seperate dvd player for actually watching DVDs, and just use the DVDR for recording (as I now do).
