Line rental from Tiscali must be a new thing for I had to keep BT for line rental. I was on the old Tiscal weekend extra now called free weekend talk. Anyway Tiscali customer service is poor and I been fully back with BT for everything since Feb this year.
Who do I call if I have a problem with the service after it has gone live?
Tiscali Line Rental Customers: Your only point of contact will be the Tiscali Customer Service Team on 0870 7449966 (lines open 8am to midnight, 7 days a week, calls charged at national rate) for any issue regarding your phone line. If the issue requires an engineer to visit, Tiscali will arrange for a trained BT engineer to fix the problem.
Tiscali Talk calls-only customers: Any query regarding your bill or the calls you have made should be to Tiscali Customer Service Team on the number above, however if there is a problem with your phone line eg: you pick up the phone and there is no dial tone you will need to contact BT directly on 0800 800 151.
Funny how BT number is free and Tiscali is not and Tiscvali have to still get |BT to fix the line. Best keeping line rental with BT. if you still want to move calls over to Tiscali.
