My first thought when Peter & Erin went through and then Matt & Lilia was OH NO Ray & Camilla or Matt & Carol... I didn't think Brendan & Claire would be in the bottom two this week but I guess they didn't have much public support at all I'm sure they all sensed there was going to be an upheaval when Peter & Erin were called out first

As SOON as Craig said "...heinous" to Peter, I thought "oh no, there's going to be a shock exit tonight"... R&C were not my faves and didn't do great tonight (I was expecting them to do great after seeing him going for it with the samba lassies in rehearsal) but did not deserve to go at all - commiserations with all their fans

I am so completely gutted! Camilla and Ray were amazing dancers and absolutely SHOULD NOT have gone!! I really wanted to see Camilla in the final, she really deserved it and Ray was such a good dancer, they made a brilliant team. Also Camilla is very hot, I'll miss her dancing! (and usually I'm into Ian ^^)

I know - nobody wanted Peter and Erin to go. But once they were safe - it was an almost random choice of who went.

I really hope Mark continues in his dancing!

Yes, he definitely looked far better in rehearsals than in performance tonight... I was very excited by the rehearsals.. he had a lovely relaxed appearance and was partying away.. but tonight he looked very nervous and stiff He had so much more to give and it absolutely sucks that he is gone

If it was just based on tonight's dancing, then Peter should definitely have gone - he spent most of the time walking around the dancefloor! However, he has put in some good performances in previous weeks so I'm thinking it's not as unfair as when others have stayed in after bad dances.

However, Ray was good at both latin and ballroom, and therefore deserved to stay in over Peter. I hated seeing Brendan and Camilla in the last two, as I like them both so much.

So sorry to see these two go !

I just wanted to come on this thread and say I was sorry to see Ray and Camilla leave tonight. They were great last week and didn't do as well tonight but didn't deserve to go. Unfortunately Peter got the sympathy vote tonight

The music let them down. I thought he was more fluid when they were dancing with those carnivale dancers in rehearsals.

This is a good point. Peter & Erin's music was by far the best of the night... you could quite easily tap your foot.. sing a long to it and then vote for them without even thinking about their dancing. I was singing aloud while they were dancing!

Brendan couldn't take his eyes off Camilla when the result was announced... I wished the camera had stayed on them.. it looked like he was hurting for her.. though I'm sure he was glad for Claire & himself that they were through.. but horrible place for them both to be in the bottom two

I missed the results show (I am away working) but can I add, although not an avid fan, I think they were cruelly robbed tonight. OK, not the best samba, but hardly awful either and with their pedigree they deserved, more than many, to still be with us.

I can hardly believe that these two have gone.....I really thought they had a chance of reaching the final. Although their samba was not their best performance, last week they were just amazing....

I never supported them, but I did like them, and I think it's outrageous that they were knocked out!

I am SOO gutted they went - I thought they might be in danger as I know Schmeichel has a lot of fans - I am voting for Mark and Karen but I did loads of extra votes for Ray tonight to try and see him out of danger. It's sooo unfair, they could have and should have made the final.

Gutted.

This show is supposed to be about dancing and Ray should have been in the final based on that.

I won't be voting anymore even though Mark is my fav....it's pointless.

i thought it was lovely of brendan (and clare) to grab camilla and rays' hands as they announced who was leaving. it must be a great team.

Coody, it's not pointless. We need to vote for the good dancers to stop this happening, even if they are given relatively good marks.

Mark could easily be out next at this rate...it's silly. Not the SCD I once knew.
