Stoosh is one of my most played CD's ... EVER. It is what pulled me away from my (secret) love of boybands. I should have put Skin in my top 5... she just has one of the most amazing voices i have ever heard. Im surprised she doesnt seem to have more fans around.

I forgot to give a mention to the Kooks- Inside in, inside out, Hot Chip- The warning, Pink - Im not dead and the Fratellis - Costello music!

Would comment on Fall out boy, Eagles of death Metal, Nelly furtado and Lily Allens CD's, but my children have robbed them!!!

That is hard, partly because I cannot remember what albums I've bought this year. I'll have a go anyway so in no particular order
1.The Strokes - First Impressions of Earth
2.Hot Chip - The Warning
3 The Kooks - Inside In/Inside Out
4.The Fratellis - Costello Music
5. Maxïmo Park - Missing Songs
there are loads that just missed out: Be Your own pet, Guillemots, The Raconteurs and Shout Out Louds. I reckon Sam's Town with a few more listens would qualify as well.

Stoosh rules! My mum is scared of it because it's a bit hard on innocent ears "Yes its f*cking political", ha!

Skin is amazing live. Go see her if you can.

LOL i used to hate that song first of all, but every time I listen to Stoosh, I have different favourites... and I love it now. Just cant put it on when my kids are around.

How could I have forgotten The Raconteurs, excellent album which has now been stolen by my partner for his car!!!

I have to admit that I thought the Brits version of Fury was a lot better than the album version.
I still enjoyed the lp though.........
