Men to win I think again this year

Is it just me or did anyone else think the women were terrible at the mambo ?

They were shocking

So many of the men shined last night I think it will be an all men final again.

I know its only the first week but they would have had 3 weeks to learn that dance.

I feel really sorry for Anton when is he going to get a half decent partner he was pushing jan about to get it half right.

Lets hope they improve greatly for next weeks show.

Think it's too early to say, never thought darren gough would get past week 5 last year. Am inclined to agredd though as Mark & Ray were amazing, only trouble is audience backlash if soemeone is really good from day one - look at Zoe & Colin last year.
Although Emma bunton is fave I think the fact the her & louisa lytton have both attended stage school and had previous dance training will count against them in the final weeks, i know a lot is being made about how Emma was the cumsy spice girl etc but half the battle for a novice dancer is being able to hear and feel the music which is something she has been doing 4 years

I too agree that it's too early to tell who's going to be good. I don't think any of tof the celebs were doing group dances on the first show last year so nerves undoubtedly played a part. And as a Colin fan I have to take issue with what you said about a "backlash". As good as I can remember Colin didn't suffer any backlash (much to chagrin of some posters on here). It was Zoe Ball who had was in the last two once (it may have been twice I can't remember). Of course once in the final Colin and Erin decided to throw the competition away with their "Dancing Muppets" routine
