I think Erin and Peter need their own thread. They were fantastic last night, a joy to watch. At least Peter now has 2 weeks to learn to shake his stuff (and there's lots of him to be shaken).

I was quite surprised how light and agile Peter was on his feet, but then again he should be as he was an outstanding goalkeeper.

Seeing him Jive or dance Latin will be an intriguing prospect, although my guess is that Erin may have him dance Tango instead if given the option to choose. He could well be the dark horse out of all the male competitors this year.

I like Peter Schmeichel and I thought he turned out to be better than first thought. It'll be interesting to see how he fares in the other dances.

Peter was fantastic!

Considering what a bad start he made he's so professional now, and I really think he and Erin could win.

Loved his performance, totally bowled me over and loved the surprise on the faces of the judges when they saw how neat and light his footwork was.

Lovely chap, hope he goes far.

Yes, lighter on his feet than I thought he'd be. He showed us some nice lines and danced very gracefully with OK rise and fall. Unlike Tarby who was a bit flat footed throughout!

Still unsure of how he will do in the Latin, but am liking him as a Ballroom dancer

I thought he did really well and hopefully will go all the way to the final. He was remarkably light on his feet, Erin has worked wonders but that is her, shes a fantastic choreographer, and always seems to get the best out of her celebs. Go for it Erin and Peter.

I thought they were wonderful and they seem to have a lovely chemistry! Like everyone else,I'm a bit worried about the Latin, but hopefully people will like him and keep him in.

By the way, I've just gone on A&E's website and even though there's old news on the home page there's lots of up to date news in the latest news section!

Agreed Miss Whiplash certainly did enough for Saturday, how well Peter responds will be interesting.

Have to say I really really enjoyed watching Peter.

He seems very nice and I was pleasantly surprised by how he danced with a lovely elegance, and so precisely.

The Latin is always a bit of a worry, but if anybody can bring it out, Erin can.

She did! Remember in series 1 when Hanna *did* go over Chris's head?! Luckily there was a crash mat the other side!
