Sorry to start a new thread but the old seems to have got pulled, I think some one swore, please don't on this one, I know it's Westlife, but please don.t.

Anyway to my point. Westlife are due to perform again on ITT , now we have to listen to the untaleted ones going on about how much they believe in SCD, fake fake fake, why oh why does the BBC do this to us every year, please stop having the fakies on the show, just to promote there latest tat. Sorry Tasi I am trying not to be a bad boy but please understand I strongly dislike the fake celebs.

I love them It's like heaven to me i'm gonna have my Westlife and Brendan on one show. Each to there own I spose Stinkies Dad.

why bother havin westlife on wudnt we rather hav more strictly gossip rather than them boring us 2 tears wiv their song and 'fake interview'

I'd rather have more footage of the girls practicing.

I blame BBLB, these days all we get is some 'celeb'? saying how great it is and 'did I mention my new single/book/dvd/series/appearance in Panto in Great Yarmouth'.

I agree we should have less 'outsiders' and more of the dancers, judges or previous combatents... I mean performers.

I liked having westlife singing on SCD on Saturday but not on ITT I want to see more footage of the dancers and celebs not westlife. I do like them though

Thankfully I record ITT so Westlife, along with Brucie on Saturday, are exactly what the FF button was made for.

I don't like WEstlife that much, but we got to see Vincent & Flavia dance so all is good!! I don't see the need to interview them.

I do find Nicky rather attractive though! And I don't ususally go for blondes....

I LOVE LOVE Westlife, and "The Rose" is one of my favourite songs of all time, sung originally by Bette Midler, it made Saturday special for me, please don`t spoil it by being mean

As usual, Westlife have murdered a perfectly good song. Ronan Keating does this too.

I can cope with them on the main show (we had Vincent & Flavia to take our minds off their awfulness), but why do they have to be on ITT as well??

Stinkie's Dad - I too suggest fastforwarding Westlife. It's quite funny actually, you can even still tell when the key change/big finale part of the song is! (It's when they all stand up) A fun game to play - everyone takes bets on how long it will be before they get off their tall stools (don't worry, they use them in every performance :yawn: ).

With you on that Cat. Westlife are too boring for words really :yawn: (and sooooo repetitive in their performances...I mean have they ever not sung a cover ).
Anyway, as you mentioned the Vincent & Flavia intermezzo made it more than bearable.

Mind you, I don't mind artists in the Sat. show (along with the pro's dancing), but please make sure they do have some talent....and aren't just lipsyncing another 'golden oldy'. Plenty of fresh talent out there peeps...

It can't be that hard to book acts for SCD. It gets 8 million viewers!

I think Westlife are fab and the more we see of them the better! It is so
easy Loulabelle & Stinkys dad to sit at your computer and critisize ,so lets
see you two singing in front of a live audience and see if you can do any better-frankly I very much doubt it!

It's a matter of taste. They are not to my taste.

I have not suggested for a moment that they are talentless. But I wish they did original material and less covers of songs that are already great.

And I LOVE THE PROS. I remember in series one when we only saw glimpses of them, and now they are the focus. Amen!

And if Stinkies Dad wants to do a duet on next week's show, I'll be there!

They are sh*t - but that's not why I object to them, its just part of the rounds of flogging their tired new single (GMTV this morning). Claudia's programme should not be used just like some boring old chat show to promote someone's latest tat

Well, they weren't singing in front of a live audience anyway. They were miming!

I would be even happier to mime in front of a live audience!

I hate them too.

I broadly agree with the no hate principle re SCD, but I make exceptions for Arlene and the middle-of-the-road popstars/hasbeens promoting their latest crap.

Noooooo - ITT has been fabulous tonight - now they have ruined it
