Given that most of we Scots on here live not all that far from each other, should we try to arrange a meeting during this series of SCD - a trip to the Christmas markets in Edinburgh or Glasgow, for example?

It would be quite fun to put faces to names and have a bit of a chat about our favourite show as well.

25/26
2/3
9/10

Nothing planned for any of the December weekends so far.

Any of the December ones for me please! My hubby and my daughter and myself all have birthdays in November, plus our wedding anniversary .

December works for me too! November always seems to be the busiest month of the year for me- I have a guest coming on the 4/5th, a trip on the 11/12th, a birthday party on the 18/19th and I have to go home for my mum, brother, aunt and grandmother's birthdays on the 25/26h!

I definitely can't do 9th December. 2nd is a possibility, so is 16th.

And where? Edinburgh Christmas market?

Sounds good to me! I have never been to that

You did miss a treat (cough, totally happily married) Ian just in his black briefs, saying that he wanted to bear more chest.

I think it's time you had a cold shower after that.

Star, I have it taped. Worry not. E-mail me your address and I'll send it to you.

Nothing to do with your main thread, really - but here's a Scot thought........ don't you think it's ridiculous that BBC Scotland doesn't screen the Thursday night episode of ITT in favour of Gaeldom ? And another thing....... how difficult would it be if you won the ITT competition at 7pm on a Friday evening and then had to frantically try and arrange transport to London to claim your prize ???
stephanieplum

It would in fact be a nightmare allyfree, which is why I have to restrain myself from entering the competition Not that I'd win anyway, but it would just be far too stressful trying to arrange if I did win.........

Not sure if someone is doing one, but I thought I'd do a quick rundown for all us Scots who may have missed it (I'm v lucky I have Sky)

Karen and Mark were on first, there was clips of training shown. Karen was telling Claudia how MArk can seem to be going along for ages not "getting" the dance, then suddenly he "spikes" and does really well, and she's like "Whoa"
On a little montage of their previous performances there were comments from some forumites, Espresso, Little Miss, Peach, Lennie and SCD Krazy.
They were told that they were top of our poll, seemed a bit shocked about that! Claudia was teasing Mark saying she'd "sit on his lap, and he wouldn't like it" as he was getting quieter and quieter in the interview(very sweet). Karen and Claudia were giggling a LOT.

Next up was a section about "bad-boy" Brendan. Alongside clips of him during this years and previous series, there were some comments from Lilia, Ian, Matthew and Craig discussing his rule-braking tactics. In fact, Lilia actually called him the "rule-breaking master". They all seem to think that Arelene fancies him and she gets miffed with him because he gives her cheek back ( Craig says she's like a lover getting mad )

The next section was Craig looking at the training footage for Saturday. He seemed quite impressed with Spoony and Emma. He commented on Claire and Georgina's "heavy" footwork. He also reckons that Erin is leading Peter and says that if he can keep control and be dominant they could be quite good.

Thats all I can remember hope it's of some use.......

Thank you very much!
I dont have SKY but my boyfriend has taped it for me so Ill watch it tomorrow!
Did you see Louisa and Vincent -how did theirs look?
Sorry to be a pest!

^^ It looked (to me) really good. Craig commented that she had to be a bit more lively to match Darren but he reckons she'll do very well.

Imo, Spoony looked quite good, Craig commented on his "banana hands" as his fingers were all splayed whilst he was holding Ola.
Peter also looked reasonable, because of his height he looked very imposing which must be good for the tango - he was sticking his bum out though which Craig said was awful.
Claire and Brendan (again only my opinion) looked as though they may struggle. She was all over the place, not balanced and flicking from her hips, which Craig also pointed out. He also seemed a bit concerned for them.

Ooh Craig also said that Georgina had improved from what training he had seen, but still not really good enough.

Wish there was a way I could transfer the programme on the computer for you all to see! Is there a way?...........................I have no clue about 'puters

*edit* No clips of any of the others - maybe it was a time issue?*
