Anybody seen this? Link to it here: Link Its the same kind of thing as the red slvr, a bit of your purchase goes towards the global fund, to help fight hiv/aids in africa.
Any thoughts on this?

The charity have set up a myspace, and you can buy the products from them there. I've just this second had a friend request from them.

Where could you buy products from them there? All the links just direct you to the same link as above

Ok, so you can't buy directly from myspace, I never looked in detail, but it doesn't take you to the above link
It takes you to Joinred.com

The Apple stores says "Exclusive to the online and retail Apple Store".

So it looks like other places wont have it.

I was after an ipod nano as I've been so bored at uni with no music apart from my radio in my flat so I just went into the Apple Store in the Manchester Arndale shopping centre and brought one - bit of an impulse purchase but the red colour looked the best of the bunch and as a bit goes to charity that was a bonus! The limited availability sealed the deal so to speak! - £129 though... I need to get a job.

Would have thought they might hav done ongoing donations via iTunes Music Store for RED users, like the way a %age of top-ups go to charity onthe RED phones.

Surely you have a computer in order to load music onto the iPod? If so how did you only have radio before?

I want to buy the new Red Ipod Nano.

There is £23 off a £235 voucher for the Apple Store so if anyone else here wants it too, we can buy two, use the discount and get it for £118 each!!

I'll could do it through ebay so that we're both covered etc.

What a good idea

( Is this against t&c here? ) Hope not

Afraid not my computer's at home (where I am now), but my laptop will arrive in a few days then I'll take that to my uni accommodation - atm I'm using the uni computers but they're an inconvenience as the 'labs' close at 8pm.
