no internet last night
well around 11.15 last nite i lost my hC connection.
ok i thought call CS and see if theres been an outage. to my surprise i get voice message telling me cs is open from 8am til 10pm and if you have a technical issue then contact our tech support team 8am til 10pm monday to friday and 8am til 9pm weekends. well what the hell use is that, no message telling me theres an outage, no tech support nothing. what a complete farce how the hell are you supposed to find out whats going on. even better the hc website states if you have a fault you can fill out a form online and send it to them. well yeah ok i have no internet connection so just exactly how do i fill out an online form. this really is the final straw for me, no cs to tech support and no reason for the outage today either. homechoice really have hit rock bottom of late and the fact they are uptp 50% more expensive than alot of there rivals makes me wonder why anyone should bother with them. the tv package sucks, the internet sucks the cs and tech support doesnt exist. really whats the point oh and peter we dont bother replying here you opinions are worth nothing because all you do is stick your head up hcs arse and kiss. |

it wasn't just an internet fault - the whole service was down as far as I could see.
anyway, which ISP/cableco/etc do you think has 24 hour tech support? telewest certainly didn't when i was with them. |

My service went down at ten and was fine the following morning. Interestingly enough, when I restarted the box and before doing its usual countdown, it said that it was updating the service. Anyone any idea what Homechoice has been doing?
