Me, too, though Charlotte was okay.

Amy also looked a real mess. Did she base her hairstyle on Russell Brand?

Unfortunately there are a lot of people who think that acting like a total idiot means you've got 'personality'. That means you need to have some kind of substance abuse problem, or anger management issues and a belief that the world would benefit from knowing how rubbish you think everyone else is.

I just hope she sees the tape and is embarassed and it spurs her onto do something about it.

Its reverse peer pressure, and it is endemic in schools thanks mainly to the medium of car crash TV.

Very few celebrities these days are newsworthy purely through their positive attributes. Charlotte comes complete with a superb voice and ability for TV hosting, however the unstoppable gravy train of zero intelligence media allows others with absolutely no skill to enter into our homes.

Yes and that's are really worrying message we're giving to our kids. Embracing substance abuse -i.e Pete Doherty or Amy Winehouse equals 'cool' and 'success'. After Pete Doherty was pictured supposedly injecting that girl's arm I thought he's blown it completely. Alas, not, his every move still makes the front pages and not for anything to do with his music

It's an unfortunate side-effect of how our tabloid society thinks. Take Charlotte. She is clearly a very talented singer, had genuine charisma and is a very promising tv host/personality. Yet the papers would much rather talk about her drinking habits and follow her around when she's out on a Saturday night with her friends, hoping to get a shot of her worse for wear.

Are you telling me people actually buy 'music' from this Amy (been-in-the) Winehouse woman? I never laughed so much in my life. I can sing better in the bath.

The GBP seem to prefer the watered down versions : Melua and Cullum

Most cant cope with a REAL artiste.

And YES. People buy her music. If you can sing better maybe you should have won the Ivor Novello instead.

Fully agree with you. They prefer knocking people down to building them up.

Im suprised Charlotte still involves herself in the media the way they treat her. She has enough cash to dissapear somewhere and have a lovely life.

Amy is a fantastic! singer!

But she has admittedly had some personal issues regard alcoholing and weight problems! Which she openly admits to, unfortuantly she was having problems this night obviously.

People who need their ears testing you mean? I would suggest 'real P*SS artiste' more appropriate. Horrible drunken, slurred performance. Ivor Novello would be spinning in his grave.

I've head Amy sing (not P****d) and Katie Melua. I know which is better and it ain't Amy. Her latest record is not even awful. A strangled cat could sing better. Plus she is as ugly as sin

1 poor performance does not a bad artist make.

For this 1 poor one she has given a million flawless ones.

Even when apparently sober she's still a bit of a loonie. She seems to have an obsession for meat (no jokes, please).
