I am having a problem with this MP3 Player.
When trying to place music onto the device my computer (XP) says it is unable to recognise the hardware.
The device worked fine when my daughter first had it but now doesn't. I've tried updating the software but it says the compressed folder is invalid or corrupted.

Any ideas on how I can sort this out, thank you.
