I missed posting about UFC94, but well done to GSP anyway.
In case anyone missed it, UFC Fight Night 17: Lauzon vs Stephens was last night. Jeremy Stephens vs Joe "J-Lau" Lauzon Dennis Stojnioc vs Cain Velasquez Josh Neer vs Mac Danzig Anthony Johnson vs Luigi Fioravanti Rich "No Love" Clementi vs Gleison Tibau Rob Emerson vs Kurt Pellegrino Matthew Riddle vs Steve Bruno Dan Miller vs Jake Rosholt Matt Veach vs Matt "The Wolverine" Grice Nick Catone vs Derek Downey I've seen the main card, I'm just catching up on prelims. Well worth obtaining as there are some dingdong fights. |

Heard a rumour that Dana is trying to get Fedor signed up on a 1 fight deal to take on Couture at UFC100. Would be a big fight but wouldn't give Randy much of a chance nowadays.

It's the moneyspinner. The Rocky vs Drago - East meets West etc. Personally I think they're both past their best and it doesn't really answer any questions. Arlovski made a critical error last time out but I thought Fedor looked shaky. I reckon old man Couture will have noticed that too. How did you like 95? For a change there were some good fights at a UK event. Results spoilered in case you haven't seen.

Ufc 96
The Full card.
Keith "The Dean of Mean" Jardine vs Quinton "Rampage" Jackson Gabriel "Napao" Gonzaga vs Shane Carwin Jason "Dooms" Day vs Kendall "Da Spyda" Grove Gray Maynard vs Jim Miller Brandon "The Truth" Vera vs Mike Patt Aaron Riley vs Shane Nelson Tim Boetsch vs Jason Brilz Matt Hamill vs Mark Munoz Matt Brown vs Pete "Drago" Sell Tamden McCrory vs Ryan Madigan Tough one to call on Rampage and Jardine. I reckon their styles will dictate a Rampage win by early KO though. |

![]() ![]() I really like Wilson but Nate was way too strong for him. I think he'll be next in line for another title crack after Maia and Leites if he keeps winning. |

Theres loads there Ive heard from the Cage Rage and Cage Warriors promotions. Alex Reid in particular should be familiar to anyone who watched Cage Rage on Sky.
Changing the subject - Ive been watching some of the early Zuffa UFCs, and Tim Sylvia's debut at UFC 39 vs Cabbage. Its scary to see how ripped Sylvia looked back then - he was obviously on the 'roids.. And its a shame because he was a relentless striker back then. Its a good thing that MMA fighters now have such a harder time taking the shortcut that is steroids and are now competing on a more legitimate, level playing field. |

Probably UFC 100 around the end of June (assuming Mir recovers from his injury).
![]() Do you know, or does anyone else know, who his next oponent might be? |

BIG UFC fan here.
I got setanta just to watch UFC. I HATE dana though; what a prick. It pissed me off tho the best guys don't really fight each other or it takes ages. I want to see anderson silva face the best guys at 205 Dana should also get tito, pitbull and fedor in the UFC. The two best heavyweights are NOT in UFC. His ego gets in the way and he RIPS OFF his fighters. |

There is no Heavyweight in UFC who Fedor needs to beat! |

I don't want Silva to fight at 205 unless he vacates the 185 title. It just holds things up too much otherwise and cheapens the belts.
