Good fight in Ultimate Fighter 10.7. High workrate.
This is sarcasm, right?

I got it wrong didn't realise there was still another dude left on each team. Thought it was Marcus vs Matt last night. Still the best action of the fight came after when the coach was heading back to the lockeroom.

I'm not sure.

Cecil Peoples had it ahead on points.

I can't agree. I thought it was poor footwork from the door.

Dream welterweight champion Marius Zaromskis has come to terms on a multi-fight contract with Strikeforce, according to officials within the promotion.

An emerging superstar at 170 pounds, the 29-year-old Lithuanian could make his promotional debut on Dec. 19 at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, Calif. Zaromskis will still compete inside the Japan-based Dream organization, which has formed an alliance with Strikeforce.

Having supplanted Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic as the man with the sport’s most-feared feet, Zaromskis last competed at Dream 12 on Oct. 25, when he leveled Korean Myeon Ho Bae with a first-round head kick in a non-title affair. He captured the Dream welterweight crown in July, as he stopped Affliction veteran Jason High and respected Japanese standout Hayato "Mach" Sakurai on the same night. Both were victimized by Zaromskis head kicks.

Spawned by the London Shootfighters camp, Zaromskis joins a stable of Strikeforce welterweights that includes former EliteXC champion Jake Shields, UFC veteran Nick Diaz and one-time International Fight League titleholder Jay Hieron.

Great now he can face jake shields oh no wait he had to move to middleweight because strikeforce has no welterweights for him to face Its a shame all these guys are signing on to strikeforce only to have no one to fight

Brock Lesnar is suffering from mononucleosis, according to wrestlingobserver.com, and the January 2nd fight date is out the window. He told Dana White he won't be able to fight till at least March.

Fedor certainly has friends in high places. Here he is, along with his brother Aleksander, hanging out with Vladimir Putin, Silvio Berlusconi and Jean Claude Van-Damme.

How bad is this series of TUF. I'm getting fed up of all the bickering between the coaches and lack of decent matches at the end of the shows. Dana should have stepped in after the last fight and said to Rampage and Rashard to get in the cage and just go.

Don't like the fact they've teased again the return of Kimbo, surely they are just trying for ratings. What gives Kimbo the right to come back if someone gets injured over any of the other fighters who've lost?

the same has happened before and to be fair Roy just laid on him and at the time Kimbo didn't have the ground skills

I was thinking the same about Kimbo also. Rampage should be getting on and teaching his team something all he seems to be doing is name calling the other team's fighters ( "titties" is getting rather boring now) or Rashid.
I would have thought that some of his team would have wanted to go and train with the other side seeing as they haven't learnt a lot off Jackson but maybe it's a case of no one wanting to be seen to leave Jackson's team.

Having said that now we are at the quarter final stage we hopefully will get some good fights.

Jackson has been bloody awful as a coach and even worse as a figure head for the UFC, Rashad has been nothing but positive.

And I was a big Rampage fan and didn't like Evans that much, goes to show what TUF shows UFC fans

I have actually enjoyed this season. Some interesting characters. There have been some rubbish fights no doubt.

It's a shame about Rampage retiring, but UFC seem confident he will be back next year.
