Will the Series Final be screened on any channel besides ESPN in the future, as I don't subscribe to ESPN and therefore didn't see it last night.

ill watch it...2 of the biggest ufc stars ever.....

theres thousands of mma fights a year, i dont mind a couple of rematches or trilogys.

might be chucks swansong but i can see tito being a force at 205 again, just wish chucks finale could be a match where i want him to win.

Chuck wins this fight everytime. It is gonna be another KO as Ortiz has no head movement, has no punch power and it just a good wrestler but not great one. He can never mix up the way he fights. It is the perfect fight for Liddell!

Liddell vs Ortiz, Randy vs Coleman. Four guys who are all washed up!! WCW would of been proud of this booking..

Bischoff and Hogan were in the audience for the TUF Finale. They must be advising Dana on how to book. Its a joke!!

Isn't Dana the all powerful President of the UFC? So why doesn't he just order these fights to go to a 3rd round. If the refereeing and judging is as poor and questionable as a Premiership Referee in a United game, surely Dana should overrule them.

Roy Nelson's fights have been a joke. He's not done anything to win either of them. He beat Kimbo and never did any damage with his punches. Kimbo was just laid there taking in some breaths waiting for the referee to stand it up.
An interesting postscript to this is Dana White has been moaning on twitter saying he has no control over judges/refs, it is all the Nevada athletic commission, and that he thinks Steve Mazzagatti "knows nothing about MMA. Scary".

So he isn't really all powerful at all.

UFC 109:

Main Bouts:
Randy Couture vs. Mark Coleman
Josh Koscheck vs. Paulo Thiago
Antonio Rogerio Nogueira vs. Brandon Vera
Nate Marquardt vs. Chael Sonnen
Matt Serra vs. Frank Trigg

Preliminary Bouts:
Demian Maia vs. Dan Miller
****** Buchholz vs. Mac Danzig
Melvin Guillard vs. Ronnys Torres
Tim Hague vs. Chris Tuchscherer
Rob Emerson vs. Phillipe Nover
Rolles Gracie vs. Mostapha Al Turk

"Couture vs. Coleman is one of those dream matchups that fans have always talked about," UFC president Dana White stated. "And when you consider that these are two of the greatest wrestlers turned mixed martial artists ever, and it's the first time that two guys who have already earned their way into the UFC Hall of Fame are fighting each other, this is not only an intriguing matchup but a historic one."
LOL yeah Dana what a great fight. What a pathetic main event. Coleman looks about 55.

I think theres certainly an arguement to be made that UFC has too many shows now. Hey at least they haven't put Kimbo in a main event. Yet.

Renzo Gracie v Matt Hughes is the main event of 112, apparently.

UFC 109 looks OK, but there isn't really a match that you could call a main event. Couture vs Coleman would be a good semifinal fight, but I suppose because they are paying Couture so much money ($1.5 million a fight apparently) they are having to have him in the main event.

Yeah to avenge the defeat Royce suffered to Hughes. Renzo the 42 year old who hasnt fought in nearly 3 years.

Dana White loves to criticise boxing but some of his decisions deserve real criticism.

Hughes vs Gracie might be a good main event for Abu Dhabi. According to Wikipedia Renzo Gracie has also been the personal jiu-jitsu teacher of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, since 1993.

Former World Wrestling Entertainment superstar and unbeaten heavyweight mixed martial arts prospect Bobby Lashley has agreed to a multi-year contract with Strikeforce, the promotion announced on Thursday.

Lashley, 33, will debut on Jan. 30 at the BankAtlantic Center in Sunrise, Fla. No opponent was named.

“I’m looking forward to fighting for Strikeforce and challenging myself by taking on some of the top heavyweights in MMA,” Lashley said in a release.

Undefeated in four professional appearances, Lashley last competed in June, when he smashed through Bob Sapp at a Fight Force International show in Biloxi, Miss. A decorated collegian, he was a three-time NAIA national champion at 177 pounds and a four-time All-American. Lashley was also a two-time Armed Forces champion and a silver medalist at the 2002 World Military Wrestling Championships.

Lashley, affiliated with American Top Team, joins Nick Diaz, Strikeforce women’s champion Cristiane “Cyborg” Santos and 1982 Heisman Trophy winner Herschel Walker on the Jan. 30 lineup for Strikeforce.

Well guys apart from being disappointed with the result of TUF final last night, personally I think Roy Nelson is a disgrace as a so called athlete, I though Five USA's highlight's were crap, why the hell they cut the actual fights down and put the stupid flying banner in, whereas they could have easily cut the crap before and after the fight's and left them untouched. From what I could see they saved about 4 or 5 minutes at the most which could easily have been cut elsewhere.

why is nelson a disgrace? he has v good stand up and ground game, just cos he has a belly doesnt mean he doesnt deserve to have a contract in the UFC, especially when he can beat some of the 6 pack boys in the division

Rampage is a killer heel!! UFC have to let this guy cut killer promo's.

“Now, I wanted to let my fans know that I'm going to come back to the UFC & finish my contract. Not because the haters are talking s--t about me being scared of Rashad or Titties or anybody else. I'm coming back for my fans & to shut Rashad's mouth up & shut Dana's mouth up. Then after that I'm going back to doing movies & I might do a boxing match once a year just to stay in shape. Hate on dis!” -- Quinton Jackson on his personal blog discussing his MMA future.

Hey guys, I've just started getting into UFC so I dont really know the names of anyone or anything like that. I recorded UFC that was on ESPN last night, just watched it and I really enjoyed it.It is one brutal sport and certainly not for the faint hearted.

Do ESPN show the UFC pay per views every month?

I would suggest you get yourself some classic Pride FC dvd's if you are new to MMA.

Trust you need to see some of them events.

Diego Sanchez's cut is one of the ugliest I've ever seen!

BJ Penn is so dominant.

Marvin Eastman's at UFC 43 was much worse, although on screen for less time. The one in TUF 10 episode 1 was probably worse too.

Actually I don't really think Sanchez cares; he's a nutcase. I felt much worse for Matt Hamill on the Ultimate Fighter finale, he got totally messed up.
