They mentioned during the Arlovski fight at UFC70 that London was a location within the next 12 months. Anyone know the date and venue?
I have heard a tentitive date of September 8th for the London UFC event, but nothing concrete as of yet.

UFC 75 has been confirmed for September 8th at the O2 Arena (dome).

Michael Bisping, Mirko CroCop and Jess Liaudin are the first fighters on the card.

I'm shocked that there's nothing here about Rampage destroying Chuck on Saturday night...

Yeah, shame the Liddel v Rampage fight went the way it did. I was kind of expecting Chuck to lose, having seen the pride footage, but so quickly was a disapointment. Still it's the kind of thing that does happen quite a lot when you've got bangers of that level of power, Chucks done it to others often enough.

Josh Burkman Vs. Karo Parisyan I thought was an excellent fight, I enjoyed the Jardine Alexander one as well - even Chris Leben's fight was entertaining.

Mind you, the brawl in the garden in TUF this week was truely entertaining

Dana wasn't very happy was he, you guessed he was going to kick them out, though it was a pretty quick decision considering all the fuss about the other lad staying a couple of weeks ago when BJ decided he didn't want him on his team any more.

Elsewhere in MMA, Brock Lesnar won on his MMA debut, beating Min-Soo Kim via submission (strikes) in Round 1 at K-1 Dynamite!! USA in LA.

Does Sentanta show the UFC in widescreen? (I know Bravo doesn't). I'm gonna be ordering UFC 72: Victory on their PPV channel on 481 and for a PPV event, I would like to think that they wil be showing it in widescreen.

The PPV will be in 4:3 (normal) aspect. They only have 16:9 for the HD feed in the US.

Im happy as hell Rampage won.. He might not be a favorite right now for the majority of the UFC's demographic (white males aged 18-24) but with Rampage they have a champion thats just as marketable as Chuck and someone with ten times the charisma. Once the UFC fans get to know Rampage more they'll grow to love him. The UFC's primary problem with the 205lb division is to build up Dan Henderson for his challenge for the title. Apart from that with the supposed signing of Vanderlei Silva and Mauricio Shogun Rua the division is STACKED.

I wouldnt put much on Brock Lesnar winning his first fight.. he was essentially fed a can that put up no reasonable resistance.. Put him up against a Josh Barnet of Sergey Kharitonov and we'll really see what he's made of.

Has there been any mention of the cost of the PPV for UFC 72? I have googled the hell out of this and can find nothing except the cost in the US. Thanks.

I think it's £14.99, but don't quote me on it.

And if it can be in widescreen in the US, then why the hell can;t Setanta pay for a widescreen SD version then? Tight bastards.

I don't think it is on Setants Sports DTT, sorry.

I have ordered it, (and it starts in 35 mins!) It is also set to record on my Sky+. Does this mean I am allowed to watch it again fee free for the next 7 days or something, or will it charge me to doing so?

Bispings opponent revealed for UFC 75

Matt Hamill !!

The fight i so wanted to see on TUF3

Another Bisping win i feel, Hamill will try to take it to the ground, but Bisping will keep it uptop.
Tito's poster boy will have a flying knee to the face i feel.

Difficult one to assess to be honest given how much the sport has changed since then. I think all the greats now are well rounded (whilst obviously having styles they favour) to really cut it they need to be as happy on their feet as off them.

Royce Gracie Fails Drug Test...... So i rekon he would beat the most of them.

I don't believe Bravo, they show the 1st semi tonight of the ultimate fighter then immediately after show an advert saying who is fighting in the final!!! Idiots.

Apparently the 2nd semi is going to be shown before the final on sunday evening but try to miss the promo's if you don't want to know who is in it.

Not just me then, they really are bloody idiots. No reason why they couldn't have made the advert without saying who was in the final, or shown the two semi's back to back.

If you don't know who won the second, don't read the next bit

Spoiler

I'm quite looking forward to UFC73. I really rate Rashad and i think Tito is a good test as to exactly where he is in the division.

I han't seen Franca since he did a number on Carl Uno. A really exciting and dynamic fighter. I'm looking forward to seeing him again.

...and it's always good when Nogueira comes to town.
