Ooops , I had to go and check who Ben was. I'd forgotten.

He's Ok to listen to, not much to look at. I don't see the big attraction to be honest

: Poor Ben think its a bit of an insult to compare him to da ghetto girl/Mother Theresa depending on how manipulative she was feeling.

No one is comparing their personalities. This is the X factor board and i hope it dosent descend into madness like the BB board did. My point was that there is always someone who is V popular on here that does not end up winning. That is all. I think that person is Ben.

I havent really decided if I would want Ben to win or not. I just want to hear him sing as many songs in the series as possible.

Apart from Will Young... where are the winners of all of our recent talent contests?

On the other hand... runners up and third place artists are doing much better.

Lemar has won many awards and has two successful albums. Not sure about tours.
G4 have two very successful albums behind them, and a sell out tour.
Journey South have a very successful album and are currently touring with sell out performances.
Liberty X have two successful albums and critical aclaim.
Darius has two successful albums, a sell out concert tour, two sell out sessions in Chicago in the West End.

Being third is often the most successful place to be. To quote Chrysalis to Butterfly from a certain Mr Danesh."Sometimes bronze makes you the winner."

G4 were the first series but if i remember correctly Brenda was topping the polls on here every week.

She was very loved on here.

Aisleyne (You better know yourself ) was not only a favourite on this forum but on loads of forums she was topping the polls.

I think Ben is just a general favourite of peoples - he is very good
