I'm not really a fan, but they were both genuinely nice guys. Went out of their way to sit and chat to me, and even took an interest in my trivial life.

Nothing much of note was really said. They were very glad to get through last week obviously, and said that they're looking forward to Rod Stewart week.

They also said that if they stay in, they can't wait for a week that will allow them to do a cover of 'The Libertines - Can't Stand Me Now', as it's their favourite song to sing.

Have you met any contestants past or present?

How nice for you They did seem like genuinely nice guys on the show Am glad they made it through, though they do need to improve and up their performance if they want to last the show now.

I agree Susann. Both guys seem really nice and other acts have nothing but praise for them. Unfortunately they are saddled with Louis Walsh who seems to be putting all his efforts into Eton Road this year in the same way he put all his efforts into promoting Shayne last year.

Louis can't actually remember their age. Last saturday Louis said "they're only 17" and Sharon replied "don't lie". Basically Brian is 19 and Craig is 20.

I have to say that I really do not like their performances, they seem to have no star quality about them.

I was shocked that Dionne was in the bottom two and not them.

And the comments by louis about them being better than Journey South is complete rubbish, I did not like Journey south, but I could at least see potential in them.

I hope they go this week.

I should think that's incredibly unlikely to happen on a show like this.

It's Rod Stewart this week. It'll probably be Queen next week, Elton John the week after that.

Pete Doherty or Carl Barat are probably quite a long way down the list for a guest spot.

Awww lucky you! I miss the guys so much see them every week out in Prestwick on a friday and saturday night lol and out and about and miss the banter!

If anyone else does get to meet them you will realise they are such nice guys, and just humble guys who are genuinely pleased to be there-you can tell by the constant smile on there faces! Cant wait till they get a better song and can show what they can do!

If they are interesting guys in person it certainly didn't come across in their performance on Saturday. Their was so little personality in their performace they made Journey South look like a credible act!

But how can you show any personality during a song like 3 times a lady! It is possibly the most boring and dire song you could sing! Lionel richie makes it look boring so how can 2 young guys!! They had them wandering about the stage, miles apart from each other! they had no chance to show personality!

If they were given a song like My girl or roberts song, then they could get lively and show personality! So i think its been prety unfair for them!

give the lads a break they seem to shy guys to me and not at all pushy or ott which some very clearly are in this competition. With the right song and the right arrangement these lads will shine, their harmonies are excellent., i just hoe they get a chance to show the public just what they can do .
