Why'd you think that is the original?
On the CIN I just assumed that they were singing over their own backing track.
That way they can say that they were singing live, which wouldn't be a complete lie, but would be a distortion of the truth.
If you listen to the youtube of Jordan's Eurovision entry from a couple of years ago, it's actually worse than what I remember at the time.
Compare that version of Jordan singing with the song linked to in this thread and you should see that her singing voice is almost identical. The same sort of mistakes, the same sort of straining at certain points.
Although a good backing track can disguise the mistakes to some extent, the song linked to in this thread is more bare and raw so that you can actually hear her singing voice more clearly as it's isolated more from the backup of a strong backing track.
