I've got hold of some second hand phones for my office (all above board, I assure you). Some have the facility to store phone numbers. I don't have the instruction manuals and can't figure out how to do it. Can anyone help please?

Phones are: Cable and Wireless CWB200H; Plantronics Starbase 2000.

nb I have looked for help on websites but no good.
