o2 Factory Code For 3310
I have just bought the daughter a nokia 3310 for xmas on the 02 network.
I am trying to protect her sim card but i need the factory code to enable this function. I know the security one is 12345, i believe, but this is not the same as the one for the sim. Please help...... i know some of you work for 02. Cheers - Silverfox |

If you bought the phone brand new the default pin code should be in with the packaging, if you got the phone second hand the previous owner could have set the pin to anything.
Try calling O2 customer services (the number is on the sim phonebook) and they will tell you the default pin code. NOTE If for any reason you get the sim code incorrect three times the sim will become blocked and an PUK code will be required from 02 to unlock the sim card. If you enter the PUK code incorrect 10 times the sim card becomes void and you will need a brand new sim card direct from 02 and they usually charge for a replacement. |
