I've recently set up my box again (I have cable too), to see if it still works.

And I'm happy to say it does - Mostly!

I seem to be missing all ITV and Channel 4 channels.

Is this box now so obsolete it won't work - will getting a newer model resolve the issue? Or is it an aerial problem. I seem to be getting a reasonably powerful signal, but I live in a block of flats on a common feed.

Located in Devonport, Plymouth.

I take it you've instructed it to search for all channels again?

Also you may get more feedback in the freeview forum.

Ok here's the definitive answer.

I bought a new box from Richard Sounds - I think it's a Mico, with a digital coax out for £30.

Worked a treat - I now have all the channels (but it doesn't support top-up), and it sounds pretty good (however, I'll bet my CA Azure AV receiver & MA speakers have something to do with that).

I also found out I'm receiving from Caradon, and the previously missing channels have a relatively low strength, but this new device seems better able to cope.
