I have just had my BT rental transferred to Homechoice who are now managing the line. Thanks for all those who replied to my original thread asking about the subject

The transfer was yesterday and everything appeared to go ahead fine. I just hope that BT dont keep billing me.
But have come across the first hurdle.
I have 2 Sky boxes connected to the phone line and since the transfer these cant call out. The actual line is ok, there is a dial tone etc.I have filters attached to the phone sockets and have replaced these incase of a fault. I tried connecting them to the master socket also but to no avail. I know the boxes work as tried them at a neighbours house.Who has a BT line and they can dial out sucessfully.
I contacted Sky who said it was aan issue with the line and nothing on their end. Possibly data calls are being blocked.
I rang HC who said they cant see a problem, nothing is blocked. Passed to second line who also said the same.
Now the only thing that has changed is that the line has moved to Homechoice.
Has anyone else had this problem ? any suggestions ?
