My favourite soap changes all the time, here's mine in rank order currently:

1. Corrie- Brilliant! I am gripped by the Framie storyline and Charlie/Maria with David finding out. Looks like a good Christmas for them too.

2. Hollyoaks- Started watching this just a few months ago and i think it's a good soap that is under rated. There are good actors on there with good writing. I was gripped by the fire at the Dog and Justin/Becca storyline i am really liking too.

3. Emmerdale- This is good at the moment, looks like a good Christmas with the whodunnit as well. It goes from strength to strength.

4. Eastenders- The weakest of the soaps at the moment in my opinion. Nothing is gripping me really, i hope this changes soon.

Eastenders - I have Been Gripped by Honey and Billy's Storyline and Enjoying the lead up to Ruby's Exit. Hope Jake reappers some time soon. I reckon he will be. Loving The Martin and Sonia Storyline. Eastenders is the strongest soap In my Opinion because it so Fantastic.

Coronation Street

Enjoying it very much. Getting a bit bored of Maria and Charlie's affair and David getting in the way is quite predictable. Enjoying the Bev/Ashley storyline but it needs to do more to get better.

Emmerdale

Another Brilliant Soap nearly in teh ranks of Eastenders. It keeps getting better and better.

What about The Bill as well not much has been said about that??

Coronation Street : Longest running and even though sometimes it has it's quite moments, overall it's the best

Neighbours: Complete escapism and doesn't take itself too seriously .Who wouldn't want to live in Ramsey Street!

Emmerdale: Another great soap which can deal with the sensitive storylines as well as the comic ones brillantly

Eastenders: Has been getting steadily worse over the years with doom and gloom but must admit it has started to improve recently

IMO, EastEnders.

Quite a lot of people are saying that they like Emerdale and they think it is getting better. Also a lot say that Eastenders is getting worse yet they won the best soap award at the NTA Awards??

Eastenders- Best soap Enjoyable and GREAT 10/10 soap
Hollyoaks- everyone seems to downgrade this soap as a teen soap..but in fact my mum enjoys it and so does my nan they cover such real issues and NEVER get realised like baby graces death

I think The Bill is the best, I would not really class it as a soap though, more of a drama!! It has got quite a lot of new characters just now and has some of the hottest storylines. I don't really care if people say they are not realistic, I don't think they are meant to be, otherwise they wouldn't entertain us!!

Eastenders is still The Best Soap.
