I wasn't expecting them to do that good with downloads at all...I didn't even think they would scrape that with downloads and physical's together until the beginning of this week!!

They are the first british act to enter the top ten with downloads only!

Well done to the girls!

This shows that the decision to bring in downloads has brought excitement back to the charts! When I was young, a song entering the top five was such big news, then it became commonplace and dull. Now, high new entries are impressive again, and the charts are much the better for it.
Well done Girls Aloud, speshly Nicola

It's the best song they have done in ages. It has a good chance of #1 this week now.

'Something kinda ooh' sounds just like one of their previous songs 'Wake me up'. IMO.

The lyrics are rubbish, so what? I don't think the song was meant to be taken seriously somehow.

Girls Aloud take themselves seriously, it's obvious. Lets take the likes of McFly who aren't the best musicians every, but they don't take themselves too seriously. GA do.

I'm talking about the song not the group itself, that's a different issue.

They take themselves seriously, so everything they do they take seriously. They're just industry whores like many other groups out there. That doesn't make them bad, they're just bad "because"
