when laura left the club all drunk and they showed a shadowy profile of the guy she was with it did not look like gary's profile......since the episode everyone was saying that it was gary's baby so i just went with it....but i taped the show and i watched that part several times.......i checked out everyone's profile that she was flurting with at the party....gary, gus, paul and ricky.......now the shadowy profile showed a guy with hair...so that rules out paul and gus......now that leaves gary and ricky.......the thing is.....the shadowy profile shows that the person has a part in the middle of his head....gary doesn't have a part but ricky does......soooooo i'm coming to my own conclusion that ricky is really the father of laura's baby.......and gary is going to end up in the middle of all of this mess......the thing is...if i'm right...how is it going to come out? the only thing that i can think of is if the baby needs blood for some reason and that's how it comes out....anyhoo i hope that it is ricky's baby because i'm not happy that laura is saying that it's gary's and since gary has admitted that thay DID sleep together that night it just knocks all my theories out the window but i still believe that it's ricky's baby......

It could somehow be Ian's baby after all and Eastenders first happy ending.

None of them are particularly bright, most are self-centred, his wife cheated on HIM (the night before her marriage AND after it) and he lives with the Slater women! Yep, I'm sure I read somewhere that the person who played Phils attaker wasn't any of the actors in the frame for the shooting, they used some random person. They probably did the same for lauras one nighter.

They used an assistant to film the part of the Father, they always do. On the Puresoap Spoilers board, theres a big argument that it's not Garrys at all and that Laura is only using him for what she can get. The baby could turn out to be Ians, but I think it could be Paul Truman

Our office theory is

1. Laura thinks she slept with Gary cos she was kissing him that night and its the last thing she remembers.

2. The baby is born black and the finger is pointed at Paul Truman.

3. Paul does a dna test and it isnt his. Its Gus, who hasnt been seen since that night, probably cos of the shame of shagging Laura.

There was a few reasons that could make a good storyline. She can't remember herself and so she just hoped out of the three that it would be Garry's. Garry said himself that he didn't remember what happened, so I doubt it's his and if it is, then what a poor storyline.

lets face it - this is eastenders - nothing ever turns out to be what you expect! i dont reckon it will end up being garry's baby, i think it will be paul's. it would make fab tv if laura gives birth to a black baby. more scandal - better tv!

M2A1G- Gary did remember. He was saying he didn't remember then he said why would a few minutes in an alley mean anything to me? or something like that which laura caught onto as she hadn't said where it happened.
