Vonage V-Phone
I am a very happy Vonage customer.
I have just had their monthly email which shows the small orange/red usb V-Phone. Priced at £19.95 My question: Would I need to start up a new/extra Vonage account or could I use this phone as part of my current £7.99 a month? Thanks |

Hi
I got the email also and I read it as you having to get a seperate account for it as it contains everything within it. I was initially excited about it until I read that. Perhaps I'm wrong, if so I'll get one.....If not then no..

£8 per month is very eexpensive I'm happy with paying less than £1.80 per month for 300 mins per week to many Euro countries, USA / Canada, Australia etc and not lose that £1.80 on the 300 mins but be able to use it on chargeable calls.
You'd have to make loads and loads and loads of calls for the £8 to be value for money. Yes, I save £11 per month by not having a phone line, but paying £8 per month just seems like defeating the object. Still if people do make loads and loads of calls then for some (and it is only a few people) it may be worth it. |
